Changes to your order

Due to the nature of 818 merch drops, we are not able to guarantee changes to your order after it has been place. Please confirm colors, sizes, quantities, and shipping address at checkout. If you have made an error on your order, please contact us asap and we will make every effort possible to adjust your order. 818help@themrlgroup.com 

Shipping Time

Shipping Time is calculated through USPS and is dependent upon your distance from our warehouse in Nashville, TN

Apparel Sizing

For apparel, please refer to size chart when ordering. Please refer to Return Policy for Apparel returns.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items are indicated with Pre-order ribbon on the item image and in item description with the estimated ship date. Ship dates are approximate and subject to change due to supply chain factors. If your order is delayed you will receive notification by email. Cancellation of orders that include pre-order items are not accepted due to limited quantity of merchandise drops.

Orders outside of the U.S.

Shipments to Canada will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International with tracking number.
