We request you join us in reducing the carbon footprint of your order by closely reviewing the provided sizing charts for all apparel before placing your order as returns and exchanges are not accepted on undamaged goods.

If you found your items to arrive with damage, please contact us at 818help@themrlgroup.com Our team will review your order and process a replacement order when possible or store credit for qualifying items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of 818 merch drops, we are not able to guarantee changes to your order after it has been place. Please confirm colors, sizes, quantities, and shipping address at checkout. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
